- Federal PIN numbers for parent and student
- Parent and student Social Security Numbers
- Note: It is critical that the SSN of the student be correct. This is the primary means of identifying the student in the federal systems.
- Student driver's license number
- Income
- Parent and student ending pay stubs, W-2 statements and other income records for previous year
- Tax returns for previous year. If you have not completed your tax return an estimate can be used to complete the FAFSA.
- Medical and dental expenses (including premiums, co-pays, prescriptions and eye care)
- Assets
- Home value, mortgage amount, monthly payment
- Values of CD's, mutual funds, stocks, bonds, retirement accounts, and bank statements for savings accounts and checking accounts
